Hello all who's ready for the 9th annual FRENCHY’S RIDE and help us help some kids in need. Each year we get asked what Frenchy’s ride is about so ill share a little post about it i made awhile back. This is not only a fun ride you can help us raise the money, shop for items, wrap the items and deliver if you want. It is very rewarding to not only donate but see exactly where your contributions go. We have some awesome raffle items this year and you can stop by Frenchy’s Pub and grab your tix. I often get asked what Frenchys ride is about so let's take a quick historical trip in the amazing small town pub we all know as FRENCHY'S Pub. FRENCHY'S RIDE is actually a product of growth and evolution of what the bar started long before it was called Frenchy’s. Many may remember that before Frenchy’s it was named Joe's sports bar and the owners decided to donate an entire day of sales to the community to buy some kids Christmas presents. When Tina and Ron French took over the Pub it became FRENCHY'S and this charity took a very special spot in thier hearts. Ron went to helmsburg elementary and knew first hand the struggles less fortunate kids there and surrounding schools experienced So they not only kept it going but began growing it. Fast forward several years Ron an Original OUTSIDER had unfortunately lost a battle with cancer the rest of the OUTSIDERS decided to continue growing this charity and started a ride to honor Ron and the charity he loved. Every pub owner after Frenchy has been touched by this charity and pledged to continue it in Ron and Tina's honor. It continues to grow every year and we are able to reach many more kids in need with the historical pub (FRENCHY'S) being the heart of this charity that has actually been in action for longer than most knew.
